Lindsay
“I had a brilliant week on the triathlon training camp. It was great to spend a week with like-minded people on the beautiful island of Mallorca dedicated to swimming, cycling and running without any distractions from work or normal life”
Amy
“A well structured week commencing with bike skills and swim video analysis, followed by lots of great rides, seas swims, sunrise pool swims and run sessions. Paul and his coaching team were always on hand to offer advice or assistance and I highly recommend them. I feel it’s given me a real boost to the upcoming triathlon season, thank you.”
Anita
“The coaching team were always approachable and made me feel as if I was getting 1 to 1 coaching at all times even though it was a mixed ability group, they explained why I was struggling in certain areas and how to correct it with every drill having a clear objective.”
Paul
“Great fun & fantastic for ALL levels of ability, whether you’re training for your first triathlon or an experienced triathlete looking to improve your times.”
Wendy
“This camp was just what I was looking for. The training was adjusted to suit me. The social part of the camp was well planned, even though we were split into different groups during training.”
Michael
“Thanks for putting on a fab week of training. It was fantastic. It was a great atmosphere and you’ve got a precious gift for coaching and listening.”
Anita
“Thanks for an absolutely amazing week . It’s been perfect. I actually don’ t want to go home . Forgot how beautiful this part of the island is ❤ please reserve my space for next year.”
Lindsay
“Thanks everyone for such a fantastic week. I had an amazing time with a great bunch of folk. Wish I was still there xx”
Linda
“I would certainly recommend the triathlon training camp to a friend. The special swim focus week started with swim video analysis, followed by individual work on identified issues and finally a further video review of progress. All other sessions, including bike and run, were very well run and we enjoyed a great atmosphere within the group.”
Patrick
“It was great to get the swim focussed week. The video sessions allowed me to see the faults in my swimming based on the professional analysis of my stroke. By focusing on some key principles makes understanding of the changes to work on easier to understand. Poolside Paul also gives tips real time which also helps drill in the changes needed as well as other helpful and useful pointers. Outside of the swimming, the transition work, especially with the bike handling, was excellent.”
“Enjoyed the week very much. The chemistry with this group was great. As I mentioned Paul, I find your swim coaching is excellent and has noticeable results.”
Scott
“I really enjoyed the week, the swim coaching was excellent. As I’ve a long way to go to get better, a real positive for me was focusing on a number of key things, rather than overloading me with everything that’s incorrect. Already feeling more in control / quicker in the pool”
John
“Thank you so much for such a fun week 🥳🥳🥳🥳”
Tess
“I enjoyed the whole week…. Key bits of positive things that I got out of it were (1) encouragement not to rely on the inflatable pants, and practical things I can work on to get flatter in the water (2) more confidence in where I’m starting from to do more on the bike (3) I was tired at different points in the week, but I really can cope with double / triple sessions (although I won’t go overboard on this 😳)”
Alan
“Dynamic coaching team that really complemented each other. Good mix of activities. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the camp and would recommend it.”
Ellen
“I thought the week was fantastic on so many levels in so many ways. If the stars align I would love to do another triathlon training camp some time.”
Michael
“Thank you so much to you guys, I know I was a nervous wreck 😰 You helped me so much that week ❤️ Thank you 🙂 you‘ve pushed me out of that beginner comfort zone, what I really needed!”
